Role : HR Coordinator
Location: Bellevue, WA
Job Type: Contract
Duration: 6 months
Manage and triage incoming emails in a ServiceNow ticketing system as well as a shared Outlook mailbox (includes assigning and categorizing incoming HR cases)
Respond to and provide production support for internal employee, manager, and HR Business Partner questions about how to use the HRIS (Workday) system.
Manage employee documents in an electronic document system
Respond to Verification of Income requests, and Employment/Visa letters
Answer Benefits tier 1 questions.
Update Position information in HR System
Respond to Unemployment requests
Input or assist with changes in HRIS (Workday) system, such as processing new hires, job changes, personal data changes, as needed. Audit and verify accuracy of data entered by running and analyzing reports.
Assist with processing of I-9s in New Employee Orientation.
We're looking for someone with an HR operational and analytical background, technology aptitude, and customer centric approach to support.
Experience with ServiceNow and Workday preferred.
We are looking for a self-motivated, self-starter, good communicator to come in and contribute to a busy, high performing goal-driven team, and the ability to flexibly work in a fluid, team environment. 1+ year experience in efficient and accurate customer support.
Extremely well organized and detail-oriented with knowledge of HR functions and processes is essential, and ability to handle sensitive data. Excellent written communication and documentation skills required.
Proficient in use of MS Office (Excel, Word, and Microsoft Outlook, including use of a shared group mailbox).
