Our client in Redmond is looking for a Program Manager to work on unique service installations with key partners and customers. This position will own and drive technical integration of the largest Enterprise Cloud Exchange installations on the planet allowing you to work at the intersection of technology and business. These projects are unique and require a candidate who is comfortable setting the path and delivering results in an ambiguous environment with an elite and demanding customer base.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
•Successful deployment and use of Exchange/SfB/M365 in unique environments
•Initial discovery and requirements gathering
•Defining and delivering necessary features and processes
•Working closely with partner teams like SharePoint and GNS as well as the field
Candidates should have: (preferred)
•1+ years of technical integration experience for online services
•Excellent technical project management, communication and negotiation skills
•Domain Knowledge of Exchange online & related concepts
•Excellent customer focus
•Above average ability to work independently to drive results
•BS Degree or equivalent; comp sci or related degree preferred
Interface with clients, as required, on technical matters and/or project subject matters from project initiation through delivery. Provide program/project schedules and status reports. Create the functional specification, requirements and/or scope that will be used as a tool in making decisions as to how the product, service and/or project will be implemented. Provide technical and/or analytical information to Product Managers, as required. Organize cross functional activities ensuring that the program is completed on schedule and within budget constraints. May manage/oversee project.
