This Retail HR team is 20 people total and they support a larger team of approximately 300. Half the team is in Redmond, the other half is throughout the US. This candidate will be supporting the GM and other team members who work remotely. This person will be helping coordinating meetings, assisting with travel, and lots of calendaring. The team is very tight-knit and works very closely together.
Coordinate and project manage various HR projects by delivering status reports, coordinating schedules, and providing meeting support as well as preparing presentation decks and readiness materials for the clients retail HR team and business leaders. This position requires at least 2 years of project management experience; Bachelor's degree preferred. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities; has excellent attention to detail, strong communication and organizational skills, and experience working with cross-group teams. Proficiency with Office including OneNote is required, along with familiarity with SharePoint.
