Customer Experience team and engineering are taking more initiative helping the field close sales and helping customers with deploying. The team owns the CRM system. Pulls some telemetry from product themselves. Work with account teams to help with feature blockers, etc.
Assist in support and maintenance of various field engagement tools including Dynamics CRM and an RFI Library. Various projects include bulk uploading of data into Dynamics CRM system, monitoring technical discussion inbox to vet questions and add RFI Library, SharePoint assistance, and additional data analytics.
Strong attention to detail and process is critical for this role.
