We are looking for a recruiter, with full cycle recruiting experience who can meet the evolving talent needs of our client’s hiring goals. You will build key business relationships with various groups within the company to ensure you have a holistic view of our products, strategy and challenges. You are an ambassador of the company’s culture with prospective talent. You are facilitator of talent growth and uphold the hiring bar of the company. You thrive in a high volume and high energy office. You have the where-with-all to push back without alienating hiring managers.
Our expectations are that you have proven experience in full cycle recruiting (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering, hiring). This is primarily a sales/marketing focused role and as such we look for the successful candidate to be engaging, self-motivated and collaborative. You’ll utilize a consultative approach with hiring managers in order to drive best practices and ensure we create a win/win partnership. Operational excellence is of utmost importance as we move towards implementation into a new ATS (Greenhouse). Lastly, you are a person who values teamwork, a mission oriented company, humor and winning (but not at the cost of your co-workers).
Partner with businesses to create sourcing strategies against which you can deliver hires
Create opportunities for strategic partnerships and collaborations with colleges, trade schools, meet-up groups, associations, community services, media and internet sites
Create slate of qualified candidates against respective job requirements and present those candidates
Ability to work with partner agencies on assigned roles
Network with passive job seekers by making connections via LinkedIn, Employee Referral Campaigns, social media outreach, etc..
Articulate the company brand messaging and story compelling candidates to engage via the recruiting process.
Maintain operational excellence in reporting and entering accurate data into ATS
Ability to deliver 3-5 offer/accepts per month
8-10+ years of sales and marketing recruiting
8+ years of reporting out of ATS
5+ years of proven Boolean sourcing techniques
5+ customer focus experience
