Xtreme is hiring a Sr. Technical Recruiter to help our client source, recruit, interview, and close top Technical talent. We work with Technical Recruiting Teams that span across Software Engineering, Data Engineering, Product Management, and IT / Operations.
- Excellent Communication Skills. Must be able to ask questions, communicate, and discuss new and existing positions with Hiring Stakeholders and Sr. Recruiting Leadership to clearly understand each open position in a way you can build and deliver a successful recruitment strategy.
- Excellent Sourcing Skills. Must be able to proactively identify candidates from a wide variety of possible sources including the Company ATS, X-Ray Search, Boolean Searches, Job Sites and Telephone.
- Excellent Recruiting Skills. Must be able to schedule, coordinate, conduct a high volume of intake conversations with Sr. Technical Professionals and confidently communicate which candidates are best for each Hiring Stakeholder and why.
- Excellent Interviewing Skills. Must be able to conduct professional interviews over the phone and in person. This involves effectively understanding the client, team, position and company hiring baseline in order to provide the best experience for the candidates and clients.
- Closing Skills : Must be able to understand and communicate the different hiring levels and qualifications for each position and effectively negotiate the completion of the hiring process between each Candidate and Client.
- Excellent Experience : Must be able to provide an excellent, efficient, direct, and customer driven service for each Candidate and Client team member you are interfacing with.
- 4+ Years of Professional Recruiting Experience.
- 1+ Year of successful Corporate Recruiting Experience.
- 2+ Years of Sourcing and Recruiting Technical Professionals from external sources vs. an Internal ATS.
