The Systems/Network Administrator is responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems & network hardware, software and related infrastructure. This individual participates in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure. They will ensure that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational values enabling staff, partners, and students to effectively conduct business globally.
In addition to future growth planning and daily administration, the Systems/Network Administrator will oversee internal support processes acting as a level 2, level 3 technical lead over the end user support team and assisting the Infrastructure Manager with daily support duties.
