Looking for people to provide professional technical consulting who can support and trouble-shoot Dynamics GP, Wennsoft, JC Management Reporter, FRx, SQ, Intergration Manager, Scribe, CRM, Binary, MS Office. Would like people with an accounting focus who have consulted on ERP in the past.
Provide technical support to new & existing customers.
Assist with software installs and upgrades.
Assist with overall new customer implementation.
Create & follow best practices for case management.
Participate in training and mentoring of team.
Assist in training customers.
Work with developers as needed on tough cases.
Learn & support new 3rd party products as they are added to the product stack.
Learn and support tool developed by team.
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Accounting, MIS, Management or related field. Will consider other fields such as Oracle, NetSuite, Mas90/Sage.
Minimum 2 years of MS Dynamics GP support experience.
Ability to handle & balance multiple cases/tasks at a time.
Exceptional customer service skills with the goal of building long term and lasting relationships with clients.
Strong case ownership and ability to drive resolution.
Strong trouble shooting and overall support skills.
Exceptional writing and presentation capabilities.
Must have a sense of urgency, and high level of accuracy in one's work.
More importantly must be high energy, exceptionally positive, and detail-oriented with the ability to self manage one's work.
This position is located in Hawley, MN, and comes with an above average compensation package.
