Our dynamic and rapidly growing pre-IPO client is looking for seasoned and results oriented technical sourcers to initiate innovative sourcing strategies, and identify, attract, and close top talent.
- Own the strategy to recruit technical candidates in limited talent pools, including driving a business plan, building key competitive research, industry profile development, networking and direct sourcing.
- Engage key staffing and business partners in order to understand their talent needs.
- Network and maintain relationships with key talent communities for short and/or long term opportunities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the top competitors and the industry.
- Use talent market expertise, data, and business acumen to educate and influence hiring managers on how to identify and acquire the best talent.
These roles support remote workers that have past successful experience working remote. The interviewing process for this role is very thorough and the bar is high. You would be able to articulate creative sourcing strategies beyond the obvious routes, explain how you have implemented those and discuss past successes and key learnings. Be prepared to bring your A game!
