XtremeCares is an employee-driven, giving and volunteer program that encourages our team to get involved with the organizations in their communities that inspire them. We believe that by inspiring action and working together, we can build stronger neighborhoods.
Whether organizing food and clothing drives, assisting with community projects, rallying volunteers to build homes for deserving families or raising funds for a team member’s fight against cancer, we actively seek ways to help our communities thrive.
We encourage employees to make a personal, social, and environmental impact on the communities around them. And we organize volunteer events throughout the year so that everyone – employees, co-workers, family, and friends – can join together to make a difference.
We invite employees to identify the nonprofits most important to them, and we make it a priority to support their interests financially and through volunteerism. Employees have the opportunity to bring attention to their passions and become an agent for change.
