Saturday, July 13th, a group of Xtreme volunteers generously donated their time and took part in Seattle’s 2nd annual Bastille Bash. The Bastille Bash attracts nearly 3,000 attendees who come to celebrate Bastille Day with lots of food, wine, and live music. Our volunteers participated in many aspects of the event, including ticket sales, wine sales, and also as a trusty crossing guard. In addition to volunteering, Xtreme was a proud sponsor of the event benefiting the Children’s Response Center, supporting youth in King County who have experienced sexual assault or other traumatic events.
“My husband, David, and I had a great time volunteering at the Bastille Bash!” said Xtreme volunteer Andrea Waterbury. “We visited Paris last year and fell in love with everything French. It was a fun afternoon volunteering and we ran into quite a few people that we sold tickets to while we were enjoying the Bash later that night.”
CEO Greg Rankich’s passion for this cause sparked awareness and inspiration among our employees to help make a lifelong change for the youth in our community.
In addition to the Bastille Bash, the Children’s Response Center’s main event, the Taste of Main, will take place this year on August 17th on Main Street in downtown Bellevue. Xtreme is honored and excited to be the title sponsor for the Taste of Main, and we look forward to helping out at this event as well!
Come join the Xtreme Team at the Taste of Main for food, wine, and a day of fun as we continue to inspire each other to get involved, and make a lasting impact in our community.
