Kirkland, WA – Business and IT consulting firm, Xtreme Consulting Group, announced today it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Synergy Seven, a Phoenix-based technology and human resource services firm.
Founded in 2002, Synergy Seven employs certified and skilled professionals with focused market expertise in human resources, information technology staffing, and direct hire services. The acquisition of Synergy Seven builds on Xtreme’s strategic focus to provide top industry leaders with best-in-class expertise and high-end consulting services.
“The acquisition of Synergy Seven is an ideal fit for Xtreme” said Greg Rankich, President and CEO of Xtreme. “Their key services and capabilities, including their experience in human resource consulting, will allow us to offer an even broader array of client services and add more talented professionals to our team.”
Shawn Plowman, Senior Vice President of Synergy Seven has managed the firm since inception and is confident that the company is moving in the right direction with Xtreme.
“Xtreme has an established presence in the IT consulting industry with an impressive record of consistent revenue growth. The company’s lasting relationships with their clients, numerous achievements and accolades are a direct result of their skilled and dedicated employees and their ability to manage and execute on projects,” said Shawn Plowman. “We look forward to the new opportunities Xtreme will bring to the table and the many successes we will have working together.”
The addition of Synergy Seven will enable Xtreme to expand its reach and continue to bring new expertise and solutions to clients across the country.
The similarity of Synergy Seven’s customer base, including technology giants Intel and Intuit, makes this a strategic fit for Xtreme and will allow for a seamless transition for clients moving forward.
Xtreme Consulting will leverage Synergy Seven’s strong client relationships and excellent reputation when integrating the two companies together in early September. The acquisition will add more than 120 employees to Xtreme’s consulting team.
